Job Center of Wisconsin lets you list your job openings by job classification, skills needed, which work shift, county where work is located, desired level of education, etc. Conversely, you can search for job candidates by selecting those same aspects for a desired employee. You can enter jobs directly onto the web site. Register first, if necessary. Your old JobNet registration is still good.
